If you haven't noticed a certain theme in my blog, its simplicity. Although I love to cook, I often look to make the best easiest recipe's out there. Sometime's I will put a lot of time and effort into a certain dish but let's face it, I got a lot of things to do too! This hot cereal is just my go-to when I know I am going to need a little bit more of an energy boost. The main ingredient of this dish is Farina. Farina is a milled wheat that has some great benefit's for your body and your day! It is high in Calcium, Iron, Carbs, Protein and Vitamin B. Wow! Total winner here. I like to also add a lot of seed's because it keeps me full even longer. So! If you are looking for an all around great way to start your day and help your body, this is the meal for you.

From the title above, most of you already know how to make this delicious creation. It seems to be a staple in the Vegan community. What is not to like?! Its sweet and you can add virtually anything in it. It also is a great way to curb those sweet cravings. I love this bowl because I can have it either in the morning or for lunch. In this bowl, I added some Cacao Superfood powder. Cacao powder is high in Antioxidants, improves your mood, reduces high blood pressure and other great benefits! I plan to write up a little article about Cacao. I also added some Chia seed into the mixture. This little seed is a great source of Fiber and Omega 3s. There is so much good that comes out of this tiny little thing it's incredible! Also planning to right and article on the Chia seed. You can add any fruits to this bowl. I think it is very fun to make. Give it a try! Processed deserts are overrated anyway haha.

Here I am again with another recipe! This was something I have been wanting to make for a very long time, even before I became Vegan. I absolutely love anything and everything avocado related. I found these to be very easy to make. I tried to follow a specific recipe BUT I had to alter it a little bit because of substitute ingredients that I had. So I came up with this other recipe! I hope you all enjoy this! I mean, its basically a Super-food brownie ha ha. I also made a spur of the moment and optional, Avocado Royal Icing to pair with it. WARNING. This is very chocolatey. So if you don't want a lot of chocolate in your brownies, I suggest that you don't put in the extra Chocolate chips. Either way, this recipe is delightful. It's awesome to bring to a party or just something secret to indulge on! Please enjoy!

This recipe was so much fun to make! I have been seeing this a lot and decided to give it a shot and I am really glad that I did. Who would've even thought about using Jackfruit as a meat replacement. I honestly haven't even heard of this fruit until I started to see the recipes for Vegan "Pulled Pork". Its cheap, has the same texture and tastes almost identical to chicken. I'm sure a lot of you are shaking your head because....it's a FRUIT. How could this possibly taste good covered in BBQ sauce?! And to be honest, I don't know but it really does. I dare y'all to make this for a loved one or even a friend. Don't tell them what it is but see if they notice a difference. Its just a perfect dish to bring to a party or just a quick meal prep dinner. I didn't want buns with it so I opted for the classic Lavash bread instead. Such a great pairing. Light and savory. Just what I am looking for in a great Vegan dish.
